The fabrication of complex piping systems has always been done through complicated welding methods.  The valves, fittings and pipe components which were used required a large amount of space and mounting effort to produce.  Dead spaces were often unavoidable, but they had to be accepted as standard practice because of lack of alternatives.

With the introduction of the new GEMÜ type M600, machined from one solid piece, we can now wave goodbye to the previous problems associated with older manifolds.   All valve weirs, connective geometry and cross connections are now integrated into one unit.
